I knew Angela since the 80s during her stint at the CARICOM Secretariat. She always acted with dignity and integrity. She was a highly intelligent woman who always sought to do her best for the Region and, later, the world. She faced much personal sorrow with Grace. You did your very best in the time allotted to you, Angela. Rest in Peace. With fond remembrance.
